Hey guys, To cut a long story short, I'm going to Zambia (in south east Africa) for 2 months this summer to help build a school block. As part of my training for going I've been learning a lot about World Debt and Fair Trade and getting involved with the Make Poverty History campaign. So I'd really appreciate it if you could take a look at www.makepovertyhistory.org and watch the movie "CLICK". I hope this helps you want to get involved. There's also an article written by Bob Geldoff in this month;s Marie Claire which brought me to tears as I was reading it. So take a look at that if you can. Thank you Kate xxx

I went to Namibia for a month in 2002 to help improve sports facilities at a school and apart from a teacher at the school who was from america... no white people had been to the town for like 30 years. was an interesting experience - being in a town 75miles from the nearest other town. Oh yeah... the police shootout when we were at their local "nightclub" was interesting too.
