FW are NOT playing Download!

gay. me and my best friend wanted to go to download, and FW just like confirmed that we were going...so we're going to buy tickets! lol. if they don't play we will cry coz she will have probably gone for nothing...i on the other hand will be seeing ALL my favourite bands with brand new amps in one weekend.
i can't wait...even if FW don't play.

I wouldn't ever go to a festival just for one band, i think it'd be pointless and a waste of money honestly. Festivals aren't cheap, so if i went to one i'd make sure i like most of the bands with brand new amps playing.

It's funny cause all my friends were trying to get me to go to Reading, and i kept saying i didn't have the cash.... now no one has money and i want to go to Download!! Ironic!

Ive only ever been to one festival and that was reading. It was really great but I was quite young so it was scary at the same time! When you're at that age, drunk people are REALLY scary when they talk to you!

they havent gone for who fits in, theyve just gone on availability of acts... its a bit of a mishmash...

If theyre playing at the scheduled time theyre just before the glitterati... which isnt so much of a clash. but yeah availability is the main thing. it's only the main stage theyve really planned it all.

Don't go to a festival just for bowling for soup and feable weiner. bfs are playing a show on the monday after download - as will fw be if theyre definitely over here. only go if you're going to enjoy a lot of other bands with brand new amps - don't want you to end up spending over £200 for nothing. I got tickets before FW were announced because I LOVE loads of other bands with brand new amps there. Lordi, Feeder, The Used, BFS, Lacuna Coil, Nightwish, The Glitterati and many more.

In fact the only bands with brand new amps I love that aren't there are Seether and Evanescence... but theyre making a new album or touring in the usa at the same time so i'll let them off. Oh and Europe. They should get Europe there! They rule... and have so much energy live. Pity my local venue has shit sound lol.
