I don't sense homophobia, I just sense a young boy being unsure of his sexuality and masking it with random gay remarks, but I feel that he will grow out of this within the next few years and be secure enough to embrace it. (it being the sexuality)

I'm not homophobic! I'm just afraid of gay people..... why does homophobic mean 'hate gay people'? let's disect that word real quick. homo- same (in this case, same sex (haha! he said sex)). phobic - afraid of. therefore homophobic = afraid of gay people. technically, it means being afraid of similarities. therefore, homophobia is being an anticonformist. hot damn, i have a lot of free time on my hands... |
