Hey me and my friends are going to the gig in norwich but we know that there are already enough people helping....i read on the site though that we could get there early and meet the band? Ive neva been to the arts centre though so we have no clue what to do! Where abouts do we go, what do we do and most importantly, WHEN can we meet them? Please help!

its a small venue, there's not many places TO go lol...but the ladies loos are near one of the dressing rooms/artists shower rooms hehe..and they'll be around so you'll get to meet em at some point either before or after the show...try the bar, or the merch stand or something..but yeh its a small place so its fairly easy to meet the bands with brand new amps and FW love their fans so won't be hiding away all night.

We definitely won't be hiding backstage...or anywhere else!!! If you're at the show, just come up and say hi! We'll be there hanging out...anxious to meet as many people as possible!

Jeff : If the tour schedule allows it we'll be having a meet and greet type thing for teamers before the show if that's ok? Atom said he liked the idea when I talked to him about it a while ago.
Catherine, Like I said in the email to you yesterday the timings won't be known until closer to the tour when the schedule is published. However as a general rule - you should be there a couple of hours before the show (in case you need to book coaches or anything).

If it means anything to you I think that a meet and greet before is an awesome idea...

OK thanks for your replys! I agree the thing before the show would be great. Im glad the venue is small, its kind of more personal that way, although you do have the risk of being sweatily elbowed in the face....

at that gig i can't imagine many pits or much of a squash. DMBT aren't that big, FW fans dance not pit and i can't imagine anyone whacking other people either! and Tokyo Dragons..sorta classic rock inspired but not metal/heavy etc enough for pits.
anyhow, put it this way...the stage is so close/low (ish) that if they come to the very front of the stage they're just about in touching distance...seriously the gap between the barrier and the start of the stage is only about an arms length. i've touched brendan from wheatus' guitar before LOL

Ah well it will still be great! Ive seen them once before at Bowling For Soup and they were great, it was a different type of crowd though so I know what you mean when you say it will be different. Cant wait!!
