Gatorade gum sounds really gross. But then again, I don't like the drink.
Remember Dr Pepper gum? That was my dream come true.

But I liked the cigarette gum that puffed out sugar when you blew on them. Ah, teaching kids young.YES!!!!!!!! I always used to buy a pack from the candy store down the street with my allowance $$ when I was little.

DIdn't that cigarette gum come wrapped in paper too. . . to make them look more real. Funny thing was. . .I don't think I actually liked the gum. I just liked pretending to smoke. So now I blame my addiction on the company that manufactured that gum. . . whoever they are

Well I don't think that gum in general is stupid but I do think that cigarette gum was stupid.
And here's what's even worse. We only used to get that once a year, in our Christmas stockings. Yep, Santa gave us smoking gum. Add our toy guns, my red lipstick sample collection, fake switch blade/combs and you had a gang of 5 year old thugs......good times.

Yeah, it was wrapped in white paper. I remember sitting around blowing it and hoping that grown ups that drove by thought I was smoking. I don't think I ever fooled anyone. And oddly enough, I've only smoked a couple of cigarettes in my life...when I was 15. You'd think after I sat around wanting to look cool, I'd have become a smoker. But nope, not.
Five year old thugs, HAHAHAH! You looked like a bunch of greasers from The Outsiders, then?

I had the cigarette gum too. I just bought a pack a couple months ago to relive my childhood. It didn't really work though....

So yesterday, I was having a little bag of Halloween M&M's right after I left the FW boards, and on my little bag was a picture of Dexter from Dexter's Laboratory. It said, "Silly Science Facts" on it and then said that a dentist (I forget his name, William something, I think) wanted something that would exercise his jaw and invented chewing gum. I immediately thought of the board.

I have a bunch of the same dextor's laboratory candy at my house that I bought to hand out to the kiddies, but seem to be eating myself.

I'm lucky for two reasons.
1. Kids don't go trick-or-treating at the apartments I live in, the find the rich neighborhoods.
2. I won't be home anyway.
My boyfriend and I have been eating the hell out of the candy.
