Hey, Just thought I'd let you guys know that my record label finally has an official website (not a very good one but good enough to use for a month or so) and that you can all check it out at www.heatstrokerecords.comOur first CD is going to be The Bubblegum Complex's album which will be out on the 24th of this month. (I'll let you know when that's out too) Feel free to comment on the website, give suggestions, etc. Also, what do you think is a fair shipping price for a CD?

No way, obviously we'd definitely lose money on shipping if we were to do it for free and we can't really afford to lose money on much right now. Allow me to rephrase the question: how much does shipping a CD cost?

I asked Zartan (yes, the guy that changes color in the sunlight) because he does quite a lot of mailings for his assassin-for-hire business. They send out DVDs and enhanced CDs that demonstrate their excellenty executed craft. Anyway...he said it takes a little longer, but it's pretty cheap if you use USPS media mail. Hope that helps....but if it doesn't, I really don't care you putrid ball of sub-human excrement! mwaa ha ha!

yeah, you can ship a CD for about $1.60. Since they're so light, you don't even have to use media mail to make it cheaper, unless you ship a butt load.

nice site, but just so ya know.... you need only to add an "s" at the end of demo to pluralize it. No "e" is needed.

Actually, both are acceptable. (Ran both through spellcheck just to be sure)

I knew I was supposed to e-mail you about something but I forgot. Then I was like, "Man, what did I forget?" But I never remembered. Really quite tragic.

I think I should get the first pressed cd since I NEVER GOT MINE FROM CALDWELL!! Yeah, I didn't either. And I paid $20! In other news the BGC's album magically got a pretty good write up in the Rage. www.nashvillerage.com/music/cds/cds2003/111303-bubblegum.shtmlHow they got a "copy" I'm not sure...they won't be finished pressing until the 21st so what the hell? And they called it "Self-released"! What the fark is that!? I need recognition dammit! Recognition!!! Now I know why everyone's always bitching about the Rage. And I also really wish that they wrote this review when we actually sent them a copy. That way the review could actually generate some sales for us.

Not pre-emptive press! I'm still really confused about how they got it.
