It's a Cheech and Chong reference, at the beginning of one of them Cheech is driving along singing and somehow gets off the subject and all you hear him singing is "guacamole in my chhooos(shoes)"

Me too, if you ever meet Taco have him tell you the story about the guy on acid that he did the "mellow...mellow" thing to, it is a really funny story. But you have to hear it face to face to get the full affect of the guy's reaction.
