The overall movie was, but there were some great quotes from it. I think it's funnier when you watch it a second time. I went in to the movie with so many expectations...that kind of ruined it for me.
Now I always quote it and I love it.

i think that napoleon dynamite is the kind of movie where, for me at least, i felt like an hour and a half of my life had been wasted. but the next day all i could do was quote it. it's just the most quotable movie i've ever seen. but the only really good part was the dance sequence for pedro's election.
