I went to my 3rd Sum 41 gig last night and during the first support band the crowd were being really fucking strange and mental so I got out of the pit and stayed on the sidelines....then as Sum 41 finally came on these girls behind me started pushing me rather abusively so I began to move on elsewhere, but these 4/5 girls decided to have it in for me, beat the crap out of me and so I fell on the floor in some pain. Then I got taken to the St. John's ambulance people whilst my nose was bleeding like hell (I have a really weak nose anyway) and I now have 2 fat lips (excuse the pun), a dodgy tooth, no glasses and my jaw is killing... soo does anyone have any anti-swelling tips as I don't particularly want to have to go on holiday looking like a complete idiot with dodgy botox injections  |

That sounds pretty bad, i got battered and bruised too but on the plus side i met dave and got my photo with him and saw cone and stevo before the gig, caught deryck's pic and my friend throw our bands with brand new amps cd on stage and four square (one of the support bands with brand new amps) picked it up and started asking the crowd if they had heard of 'Last Chance'. Oh it was good.  |

Aww Jemma that's horrible...sorry I don't have any tips for you but I just hope it gets better soon..poor you

Ouch! Jemma, i'm really sorry. That was mean of those girls... I don't have any tips, but... I dunno, try putting some cream on it, no idea what cream but hey. I hope they get better, they should go down soon anyway

aww that sucks - i would not expect that at all from a sum 41 gig really - usually ppl are great at gigs. i hope u get better soon, and yea only thing i can think about doing is having ice - or a bag of peas......
