Heya, guys..
You hear me pimp this band often.. The Academy Is, yet another phenomenal band from Fueled by Ramen.
For all you UK'ers out there, they will be in your neck of the woods at the end of January. Here are the dates posted thus far.
You DEFINITELY need to hit up at least one of these shows. They'll be touring with Panic! at the Disco.. Let me just say.. I'm 17 shades of jealous.. TAI and P!ATD.. I could cry bc I'm missing this whirlwind of awesomeness..

LOL so many bands with brand new amps I love from the USA or other places never come over here. I end up having to import CDs from Amazon USA and just check in on tour progress on their site and fansites. Most record companies consider the UK too small a market - the prime example being jaret on the BFS tour "our record company think we don't have enough fans over here - so we haven't been allowed to tour or release another single here until now!". Well... could the band do a 2-week tour in each and every state in the USA, as the UK is about the size of one or 2 US states?? No they couldnt. Plus they reached the top 10 here before lol.
