Slack has ditched the re-release of their old album "Nothing Is Easy Enough," in order to record a whole new album, to be produced by Nick Raskulinecz of Queens of the Stone Age/Foo Fighters fame!! They will be only the second band to record in Nick R & Dave Grohl's new Studio 606. The first album recorded there was Foo Fighters' "In Your Honor." Yeah!!!! Go Slack!! You can also read about it here- nashvillezine.com/?p=1688

I feel so hip that I can classify this as old new. Isn' t the new one to be called Press Your Luck or the re-release was or something?

Actually this news just came out like, last week. They WERE gonna re-release "nothing is easy enough" as "press your luck." BUT they've scrapped "press your luck" and are recording a whole new record in Nick and Dave's studio.

I'm glad they're doing a whole new record instead of a re-release...re-releases seem kinda pointless
