I've been listening to Ronnie's show on the radio, and it's the best show ........ever! Seriously, I know I'm gonna be tuning in every Friday now, and I'm telling all my friends about it. Everyone should listen to it. Seriously now.

dude, i've been playing that out on 88.5 in gallatin and the kids love it! Which reminds me...i need a copy of someone's Dear Hot Chick, because the weiner's are getting no airplay out there! In fact everyone make me an awesome mix cd, except you rissy!

No, unfortunately I did not, because I had to leave halfway through the show. I did call in though and request FW. Then I called in again and was like," Where's the new single?" Finally, I called in for some Black Flag, but ya'll didn't have any. I called in three times. Yikes, but no worries, I won't normally do that.

ok, that was you who called for Black Flag? That's cool. My friend Jozeph was the one who answered when you called that time. Yeah, I'm not one of the few priveledged 100 that have the Handjabs single. I was dork and didn't make it to that show...
Dude, CW we should definitely bond together to rid the airwaves of pure heinousness..... We can do it if we keep playing Slack and FW and other assorted rockness...

Yes, it was I who called in for Black Flag. I've still never heard any of their stuff, but I know that Henry Rollins is always rippin' on Bono for his activism, so that makes me hesitant to be too enthusiastic.......cause Bono is the man! Ya'll get free stuff cause you're d.j's? cool!!! O.k, question: I really want to be a d.j, how do I go about this?

Usually, the station gets all the free stuff, but sometimes when there's mulitple copies, they throw those out to the DJ's. Or, if you know bands with brand new amps they'll sometimes give you free stuff so you'll play it on your show.....
About becoming a DJ. There's a general interest meeting at the beginning of each semester. Go to the meeting and sign up. Then, you'll go through a couple of classes where they teach you all the stuff. After that, you begin "interning" by sitting in on other people's shows. You sit in on like 3 or 4 shows, then if they like you, you get a show for the rest of that semester. Then after that....each semester you turn in a show proposal to tell them about your show...
It's really cool and fun and not as bad or troubling as that last paragraph makes it seem....

I had to skip out on the Black Flag for today's show.. It was a Valentine's Day show.. there aren't any Black Flag love songs... maybe next week///
