So, in a different thread I mentioned how awesome it would be if Feable Weiner, My Hotel Year, AND Limbeck played here. Well, my dreams have come true. It's not listed on the FW site, but Mandy has been talking to the merch chick from Limbeck and those guys will def be here on the 28th. Not sure about FW and MHY, though. On the Creepy Crawl's website, it says this is true, but you can never tell these days. I am so excited. The boys have been telling me for months that with their new booking agent blah blah they can't guarantee a show here, but they will try. The whole time, they are coming here with my 2 other fav bands with brand new amps. This freaking rocks.
Hopefully this is all not one big joke. I'll cry. I'll see you boys in a month! I am so stoked!
If any member of this great band could confirm this date with me, that would be awesome!

I know that MHY is playing here with Limbeck on 4/20 so if it's around then, it's very possible

A little birdie informed me that FW/MHY/Limbeck WILL be on tour together very very soon.. So get those fliers ready.. Paint the town with Weiners.. And Hotels.. And, uh.. Limbs?  |

One of the Limbeck street team chicks messages me on MySpace informing me of the show cause she's from St. Louis also....and she only told me it was a Limbeck show so you know I was even more excited when I saw that it was Limbeck, FW, AND My Hotel Year. Major flyering for this show will happen.

Ok, isn't this some CRAP! I got an email from Doghouse records, as did many of you. Tell me why it says two different things:

-On the 28th, they should be here with Limbeck and MHY. Then when the email lists Limbeck's dates, the 28th isn't even listed.

Now this is in no way a confirmation, but at least it'll ease your mind until: A) One of the Weiners replies B) You call Creepy Crawl for confirmation C) The Weiners officially post the dates I can tell you from the Doghouse site and the various band/venue sites I checked out is that SOMEONE really needs to check out the dates before posting them.. I mean, the front page on Doghouse about the Limbeck and FW tours is WAY confusing bc the dates are conflicting.. And then they say that one show is without FW, but according to the tour dates page, FW IS playing that show.. It's wack.. So.. Hopefully someone will get it all straightened out soon.. |

Haha.. Sorry.. I didn't explain WHY that link was helpful.. If you look closely, you'll see that Feable Weiner is NOT listed as playing Nexus in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on April 28. To that extent, neither are My Hotel Year or Limbeck. So it looks like there was just some confusion in the posting of dates. All signs point to FW/MHY/Limbeck playing at the Creepy Crawl. Yah the Doghouse newsletter didn't have My Hotel Year playing here the 20th of April but I thought they were... I'm WAY confused too.. I say ignore the Doghouse newsletter haha
