To (presumably) substantially lower your chances of getting jailed in New Orleans, I'd have to vote for Halloween. the only way you're getting arrested there is to have a gun or a glass container on the street. nothing else is concerning enough for them to move their asses of the hood of their cars and stop the flirting with topless broads. and wepeel-glad your in, buddy.
