Ok now here is where I get all nervous and wish I was still young enough not to be running my own house. I don't cook and yet I'm making a turkey and everything (and I do mean everything) for my in-laws. Dear god it better be perfect.

I'm an excellent cook (tooting own horn), and the best tips I can give you. . . if you don't know what you're doing. . .follow the recepie. DON'T make instant mashed potatos or stuffing, and start EARLY. Turkeys really aren't HARD to cook. . they just take a while. The girls I made the corn stuff for. . .made a turkey, and they're dumb twitty college girls (male friend dating one. . . or I wouldn't have gone). If they can do it. . .YOU most certainly can!
