Trafficonline rocks, FW rock so why not? And the fact they randomly sent me a bunch of cds this morning... Ch-ch-check it out www.trafficonline.net(and this isn't me advertising them, just a good idea to increase promotion)

I'd rather stick to the official band street teams like Weiner Warriors and BFSArmy...

I don't like traffic - Traffic are useless.. at over half the shows i went to on the last DMBT tour the DMBT teamers did no work and I had to do it for them. Oxford : They put flyers in the corner, then stood at the back kissing Aldershot : They stood there with flyers without actually giving any to anybody - then got bored and walked away long before the doors started - so i had to give them out. The teamers didn't even put the newsletter signup sheet out - i had to do it for them. London - they arrived late and while i was outside handing FW flyers out i didnt see them do anything. Nottingham was the only show I actually saw anybody from the DMBT team doing any work. Xtaster are just as useless... I've had so many problems with them and so have everybody else i know who deals with them. Thats why myself and Meesh have our own street team company which is opening as soon as i fix the one remaining bug in the site. www.worst-decision.com if anybody is interested. So to answer the original question - fw arent on traffic because they have their own street team run by yours truly and meesh - and because traffic are useless.

and because traffic are useless. i dont think its so much that, i think its the people that end up doing the shows for traffic, which is why they seem to have the whole report thing, they just need a better way of getting people who actually will do the work and not use it as a night out or a free ticket. they just need a better way of making sure people work

they could send a rep like xtaster do... that works... only just... cos the xtaster reps usually get bored and go home themselves after checking the team members are there.

traffic give you lots of things for free... they'll send you this shitload of stickers/cards/badges or whatever... and say hand them out and you get rewarded reguardless of whether you did it or not... they dont have anyone around to check wether teamers have done their work..... except a listening parties, but their pretty much useless... come for ten minutes and leave someone else in charge.... Xtaster are MUCH worse than Traffic though, they are the most disorganised street team type people ive helped out with.... I did a FFAF night for them, the venue manager didnt know anyone was coming, the prizes hadnt been sent and the venue hadnt been told what night it was and couldnt get in contact with anyone at xtaster to sort it out... needless to say that venue wont be working with them again....
also I dont like the way traffic theres only a certain amount of people can join up to a team (most are limited to 150-200).... made up of mostly people who dont do anything.... why shouldnt someone new be able to sign up for the team?..... yeah, I dont like Traffic.... they dont give a shit about the bands with brand new amps they promote - all they see is the £ and they are there!
