i didnt no what to start a thread about so how about the time i got span out by my own tv. i wanted to watch tv but the plug was too far away so i brang the tv closer. later when the tv was off, i was on the phone, i was looking away from tv facing my wall (it was in my room) i looked towards my tv and jumped out of my skin. i guess it was cos it was soo close to me all of a sudden and i had forgotten. i could not look away from it cos i was scared it would move -- i wasnt on any bad influences before u suggest that. i think i scared person on phone tho cos i was so freaked out is this normal? has ne thing like that happened to any one else? oh yea me and my tv get on fine now  |

This is not unusual, this one time my hair dryer turned on my itself,it was really scary, I haven't used the damn thing since!!

well one time when i was like 12....I was going to brush my teeth or something....anyways the way the bathroom plug in worked was that power would turn on and off w/ the light switch.......so id forgotten that i left the radio on full blast last time i showered and switched the light on and the radio was so loud i jumped up and fell backwards over into the bathtub......after the initial shock and hurt of my butt......i couldnt stop laughing about it.......too funny! ;D

When I was around ten, at Thanksgiving, the adults were talking, so the kids started watching TV downstairs, then played Bloody Mary, were so scared that we ran upstairs, forgetting to turn the TV off. It scared the shit out of us later...

lol i feel more normal bout it now then thanks
actually tho my tv did try sumthing recently
everday at like 7:30 i started watching friends (in morning before school) and then at week end one time in holiday my tv turned itself on at friends, it wasnt even at the same time it was like 11 or somin - freaked me out again lol

OMG... The other day, i was on my computer in my room, listening to my Weezer on my hi-fi, and then both the computer and hi-fi turned themselves off. I thought it was a short power cut, but nothing else in the house was effected!! And the Hi-fi and Computer are plugged into different sockets!! Weird.... i swear my house is haunted!!  |

No matter what time my alarm comes on, the radio goes off at 7:34... never any other time... and my Flying Weinies CD shuts off on song 9 in certain CD players... never on any other song...

My CD player turns itself on every night.... but that's because i accedently set an alarm on it, and i lost the manual!!
Even unplugging it doesn't do it!

cant u just put the volume down - or have u got it to a set volume?
if theres an alarm button try pressing that a few times press sum more random buttons, see what happens lol

I've tried that!!!
When my stereo is on, it shines a BRIGHT blue!!! So even if i cant hear it, it wakes me up because i can see it!!
I've played around with anything that could stop the alarm.... but nothing!!!
